How do I apply my Holiday Rewards?

You can apply your Holiday Rewards towards the cost of a range of 4 and 5-star accommodation at over 250 fantastic resorts across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, Asia and America - and even cruises!   Use your Holiday Rewards Certificate to pay a large contribution (up to the prescribed maximum) towards the accommodation rates for participating hotels and resorts. You simply top up the difference in cash (or via credit card). It's that easy!

What if I don't have enough Holiday Rewards value to make up the maximum redeemable Holiday Rewards amount? Can I pay the difference in cash?

Yes you can. Simply call RewardsCorp on 1300 780 722 (9am-5pm Mon-Sat) to discuss paying the difference. Alternatively, get more Holiday Rewards by either bundling plans as suggested above or connecting another member of your family to a 24 month Vodafone Cap plan.

I never have the chance to get away - so what can I do with my Holiday Rewards?

You can use them towards a one-night city stay, a romantic weekend getaway or even a midweek break. They're also fully transferable to your friends and family, so you can even give them away as a gift - your family will thank you for it!

How long are my Holiday Rewards valid for?

Your Holiday Rewards are valid for up to 18 months to book and 24 months to travel. Check your online Holiday Rewards Certificate you received with your initial email for the exact booking and travel deadlines.

What is resort availability like during holiday?

Availability of accommodation and other rewards are more readily available outside school holidays, public holidays, peak seasons and special events, and exclusions or surcharges may apply during these periods. Please call RewardsCorp on 1300 780 722 with your holiday preferences for up-to-date resort availability and recommendations. All requested booking dates are subject to promotion availability.

Is the hotel and resort accommodation in apartments or hotel rooms?

Accommodation ranges from hotel rooms and suites for 2 guests, to 3 bedroom self-contained apartments for 6 - 8 guests. Apartments and villas are equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, linen and other items to make your holiday a great experience.

What does 'Best Flexible Rate' mean in the accommodation price charts?

RewardsCorp offers resorts and holidays at competitive rates before applying your rewards towards your chosen holiday. If you find, at the time of booking, a lower 'flexible rate' than the published 'Best Flexible Rate' for the same booking - we will reduce the amount of rewards required to complete your booking by the equivalent amount.

How soon should I book my holidays?

To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book your holidays as soon as you have decided on your preferred resorts and holiday dates. While we have a substantial allocated room inventory available for the Holiday Rewards Promotion, a number of the participating resorts and apartment categories are very popular.

What is the Premium Collection?

How do I find out more about the resorts?

Our reservations consultants can answer your questions on aspects of each resort, and the suitability of various resorts to your particular accommodation and holiday requirements. All accommodation enquiries must be made through RewardsCorp on 1300 780 722 Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm. Alternatively, you can book online 24/7 through the website.

Are there resorts in any other holiday destinations other than those featured in this website?

New destinations and properties are continually being added to the Holiday Rewards collection. Email reservations@rewardscorp.com with any other preferred resort destinations and we'll let you know if there are any new properties coming online at those destinations.

How do I book a holiday?

Book online 24/7 through the website mobilerewards.com.au or call Reservations on 1300 780 722 with your preferred resort(s) and holiday dates and RewardsCorp will be able to confirm your booking, or advise the closest available dates.

Do I receive written confirmation of my booking?

Yes, you will receive a Resort Accommodation Voucher confirming your Booking Number, relevant details of your holiday booking, resort arrival instructions, confirmation of the Holiday Rewards used and the balance of the accommodation charges paid by you, your original Holiday Rewards Certificate serial number, and any other booking particulars requested by you.

When do I pay the balance of my accommodation booking?

Your accommodation payment is required upon confirmation of your requested resort accommodation and booking dates. This is the amount set out in the accommodation price chart for each property - less the maximum redeemable Holiday Rewards which is applied at this time.

How can I pay the balance of my accommodation or holiday charges?

Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or with the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (1.5% surcharge), Diners Club and American Express (3% surcharge). With payment by cheque, bookings can only be guaranteed upon receipt of cleared funds.

Will I be charged if I cancel or amend my booking?

Should you cancel your accommodation booking after full payment is made, no refund applies. Resort extras are also non refundable and cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed. However, you can amend your booking dates for your selected resort as often as you require up to 35 days prior to your booked arrival date for a processing fee of $25, and you can also transfer your accommodation booking to another party, without penalty or incurring amendment fees, only name amendments will be permitted within 35 days of arrival at your booked resort. No cancellations or amendments are permitted for "Last minute specials". At the sole discretion of RewardsCorp, and subject to the booked resort and the specific room inventory being utilised for another booking, cancellations and date changes may be permitted within 35 days prior to your booked arrival date, subject to a $100 fee.

What if my Holiday Rewards Certificate is lost or stolen?

On activation of your new Vodafone Cap, your Holiday Rewards Certificate with its unique serial number, is registered under your name in an online account with RewardsCorp. This safeguards your Certificate against loss or misuse.

How do I access my online account?

Click 'View my Account' on the home page of the mobilerewards.com.au website and then follow the prompts requesting your login and password details. Refer to the email you received when your online account was created for your login and password details. Alternatively, please contact RewardsCorp on 1300 780 722 (Mon - Sat 9am - 5pm) for assistance.

Do I need to keep my Holiday Rewards Certificate after I have made my bookings?

You will not be required to present your Holiday Rewards Certificate to the resort at the time of checking in, however we recommend you keep a record of the serial number as you will be required to quote this when making your bookings.
